A group of FCMG Senior Choir singers took centre stage in the world premiere of Christian Mason’s The Singing Tree at Birmingham Town Hall. Alongside world-class soloists from Neue Vocalsolisten Stuttgart and 25 professional instrumentalists, it was a privilege for our singers to perform this substantial new work. The performance was recorded by the BBC and was featured on Radio 3’s New Music Show.
